Should I use Stellanza or Bridebook?
Choose Bridebook if you are planning a wedding in the United Kingdom, especially if the venue is not booked. Its venue and supplier search is the strongest in the UK, its planning tools cost couples nothing — its own tools page says they "won't cost you a penny" — and it has well-rated apps on both iPhone and Android.
Choose Stellanza if the seating plan, digital invitations or your own language matter more than venue search. Bridebook's tools page lists a checklist, budget tracker, guest list, wedding website and supplier search, but no visual floor plan: guests can be sorted into groups or tables inside the list. It has no digital invitation design, its app is offered in English, French and German, and its help centre says currency conversion is not currently available. Stellanza has a drag-and-drop floor plan that prints, a personalised invitation and RSVP link per guest, twelve interface languages and seven currencies — and no venue directory at all.

Where Bridebook is clearly better
Venue search. Bridebook's database of UK venues and suppliers is the reason most British couples install it, and nothing Stellanza does competes — Stellanza has no vendor directory of any kind. If you are still deciding where to get married, that alone settles it.
Bridebook also has native apps on both iPhone and Android, where Stellanza runs only in a browser, and a gift registry, which Stellanza does not have. Its checklist and budget tracker are solid and free, and its wedding website comes with RSVP collection built in.
Where Stellanza is clearly better
The floor plan. Bridebook's own tools page describes sorting guests "into different groups or tables" inside the guest list, and lists no visual seating tool. Stellanza's seating chart is a drag-and-drop plan of the actual room — round and rectangular tables you place and rotate, the dance floor, the bar, the cake table and the head table — with seat-level assignment and an export that produces a booklet with a page per table, fold-out tent cards and an A1 poster for the entrance.
Invitations are the second gap. Bridebook offers RSVP links and a wedding website; Stellanza sends each guest a personalised invitation link that greets them by name and collects their answer, meal choice, dietary notes and plus-ones.
Language and money are the third. Bridebook's app is published in English, French and German, and its help centre states that currency conversion is not currently available. Stellanza's interface, guest-facing pages and printed exports exist in twelve languages, and a wedding can be run in any of seven currencies including the Romanian leu.
If you are in the UK, use both
The sensible arrangement for a British couple is Bridebook to find and book the venue and the suppliers, and Stellanza once the guest list and the seating plan become the hard part. There is no conflict between them: Bridebook's value peaks early in the planning and Stellanza's peaks in the last two months, when the replies are landing and somebody has to decide who sits next to whom.
