Stellanza is provided for personal wedding planning purposes. You may not: (a) modify or copy the materials; (b) use the materials for any commercial purpose without prior consent; (c) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform; (d) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Premium features require a paid subscription. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on Stellanza, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Stellanza and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Stellanza be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Romania, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
