    Invite each partner by email, with their own sign-in. As Editor they work on guests, seating, budget, tasks and the RSVP page with you; as Viewer they follow along without changing anything. You can change their Role at any time.

  • Unlimited Staff

    Invite assistants and coordinators by email. Everyone on your Staff reaches every wedding your business is on, so a new coordinator is useful on day one. Weddings you create belong to your business, not to whoever created them.

  • A Demo Wedding to try it on

    Every new Planner gets a Demo Wedding filled with a made-up couple, guests, tables and tasks. Try anything on it: it is free, it never counts toward your plan, and no real couple can be invited onto it.

  • Archived Weddings free a slot

    Weddings archive themselves 30 days after the date, or any Staff member archives one by hand, for a cancelled client. Archived Weddings stay readable and can be restored when a slot is free.

  • Attention signals

    Computed from each wedding's real data: overdue tasks, an RSVP deadline within 7 days with guests still to answer, and a wedding within 14 days with confirmed guests not seated.

  • Every Premium feature

    On every wedding your business owns: all RSVP page designs, Smart Seating AI, Premium PDF exports and the 5,000-photo album. Your clients never go through a checkout of their own.

Questions planners ask

What counts as an Active Wedding?
A wedding your business manages whose date is still ahead, is less than 30 days past, or is not set yet. Archived Weddings and your Demo Wedding never count. A couple's own wedding you were hired onto counts the same way as one you created.
What happens when we reach the limit of our plan?
Only adding a wedding is blocked, with the option to upgrade or to archive a finished one. Every existing wedding keeps working fully.
What happens if our plan stops?
For 30 days everything keeps working except adding weddings. After that, the weddings your business manages become read-only for your Staff until you choose a plan again, and choosing one brings everything back at once. Couples keep full use of their own weddings, and guests' RSVP pages and photo albums keep working.
Can we try Stellanza before paying?
Yes. Every Planner gets a free Demo Wedding with a made-up couple, guests, tables and tasks, so you can try everything without a card. A real wedding needs a plan, with one exception: without a plan you can accept the first couple who invites you onto their own wedding.
Does the couple have to use Stellanza?
No. Inviting them is optional, and the wedding works fully without them. If you invite them, each partner signs in with their own account and you choose whether they can edit or only view.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the renewal and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. There are no refunds for unused time, but if your first payment was less than 14 days ago, contact us for a full refund.
