Stellanza

The best Aisle Planner alternatives for wedding planners

Planners look past Aisle Planner for three recurring reasons: the cheapest plan with project management is $69.99 a month, finished projects keep counting until you archive them by hand, and the trial needs a card. All three come from Aisle Planner's own pricing page and help centre.

Below are three alternatives that each change at least one of those, and what each gives up. We make Stellanza, so its limits are listed as plainly as the others'. Checked against each product's public pages on 2 November 2026.

What is the best alternative to Aisle Planner?

It depends on what you use Aisle Planner for. If you rely on its business side (proposals, contracts, invoices and payments), no planning-only tool replaces it, and the honest alternatives are CRM tools such as HoneyBook or Dubsado. If you use it to run the weddings themselves, the guest lists, RSVPs, seating and the couple's portal, three tools do that job for less or on different terms.

Stellanza starts at $25 a month for 5 active weddings and $59 for 15, with unlimited Staff and weddings that archive themselves 30 days after the date; you can try it on a Demo Wedding without a card. Planning.Wedding has a free core and charges $29 per wedding for Premium. That's The One charges a flat monthly fee for unlimited weddings, which wins for a busy studio. Between 16 and 25 active weddings, Aisle Planner's $109.99 tier is cheaper than Stellanza's Agency plan.

Cost at 5, 15, 25 and 40 weddings

The numbers below are monthly list prices without VAT, read on each product's pricing page on 2 November 2026. Aisle Planner's smallest plan with project management covers 15 projects, so a planner with 5 weddings still pays for 15.

5$25 (Starter)$69.99
15$59 (Studio)$69.99
25$119 (Agency)$109.99
40$119 (Agency)$164.99
Monthly list prices without VAT. Aisle Planner also sells a $49.99 Sales Essentials plan without project management. Both products discount yearly billing.

What none of the planning tools replaces

Aisle Planner runs both halves of a planning business: the sales side (proposals, contracts, invoices, payments) and the weddings themselves. Stellanza, like most planning-first tools, runs only the second half.

If you send contracts and invoices from Aisle Planner today, moving to Stellanza means keeping or adding a tool for that, such as HoneyBook or Dubsado. If you already use one of those, Stellanza adds the guest list, RSVPs and seating they do not have.

Decide first whether you are replacing Aisle Planner's business side, its wedding side, or both.
