Which wedding photo sharing app should you use?
A QR code is now a common way to collect guests' pictures. The harder choice is where the files go, how long guests can upload, and what happens when the free allowance ends.

What is the best way to collect wedding photos from guests?
Choose WedUploader if you want originals sent into your own Google Drive and need many albums; its premium gallery does not expire, although your Google Drive capacity still applies. Choose GUESTPIX if you want a polished event gallery with slideshow, guestbook, invitation and RSVP features; its standalone free tier collects 50 photos. Choose Stellanza if you already use its guest list, RSVPs and seating plan and want the photo album in the same wedding workspace. Stellanza's free album holds 50 photos but closes seven days after the wedding; Premium allows up to 5,000 files or 15 GB, with uploads for 30 days and access for 90 days.

The apps, one by one
Decide by the destination of the files
WedUploader transfers guest uploads into the host's Google Drive. That is useful if you already maintain your archive there, but the account's available storage still sets a practical ceiling. GUESTPIX hosts a private gallery for its stated window. Stellanza keeps the album in the wedding workspace for its free or Premium access period.
Whatever you choose, set a calendar reminder to download originals before access closes. A photo collection service is not a substitute for your own backup.
Free tiers are real but different
GUESTPIX's free plan is a standalone gallery: 50 photos, no videos, and an expiry 37 days after the event. Stellanza also gives 50 photos, with uploads and access ending seven days after the wedding. WedUploader advertises standard collection features and says files go to Google Drive; its premium package adds the fuller gallery experience. Check the current pricing page before treating a free offer as a long-term gallery.
The QR sign is distribution, not the album
Print a QR sign at each table and include a plain link on your wedding website or thank-you message. Test both on another phone. Guests who notice the sign after the speeches should still find a working upload window.
