How can guests share wedding photos with a QR code?
Create a Stellanza Photo Album and share its link or QR code on your wedding invitations or table signs. Guests open the unlisted album in a phone browser and upload photos without signing in. A valid first upload unlocks the shared feed. Anyone with the link can contribute; the album does not check your guest list.
The album lives in the same Stellanza wedding as your guest list, RSVPs and seating plan, so you can plan the day and collect guest photos from one account.
The free album holds 50 photos in total, with up to 30 uploads per guest browser. Uploads and access end at the end of the seventh day after the wedding (UTC), so download the originals before then. Stellanza Premium adds short videos and raises the limit to 5,000 files or 15 GB, whichever comes first.

Is wedding photo sharing really free?
Yes. The free plan includes 50 photos total across the whole album and expires 7 days after the wedding. Use it to try the experience or collect up to 50 photos at your wedding. It is not an unlimited plan.
Do guests need an app or account?
No. Guests scan the QR code and upload directly in their phone browser. The host needs a Stellanza account to create and manage the album.
How do guests unlock the feed?
Each guest shares at least one valid photo (or a video on Premium), then can browse everyone’s contributions. Access is remembered in that same browser.
How many files can each guest upload?
Up to 30 photos and videos combined per guest browser, within the shared album allowance. Free: 50 photos for the whole wedding. Premium: 5,000 files or 15 GB, whichever comes first.
Who can see our wedding photos?
Albums are unlisted and excluded from search indexing. Anyone who receives the link can contribute and unlock the feed. Hosts can view the album, remove uploads, and block contributors.
What happens after the wedding?
Free uploads and access end at the end of day 7 after your wedding, in UTC. Premium allows uploads for 30 days and access for 90 days after the wedding. Download originals before expiration; expired files are automatically deleted.
Can guests upload videos?
Premium includes H.264 MP4/MOV videos up to 60 seconds and 100 MB per file. JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF and HEIC photos can be up to 20 MB.
Can guests upload before the wedding?
You can start uploading as soon as the album is created, even before the wedding.
